Dr. Chaplinski is a Board-Certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics who joined the practice in 2013. Dr. Chaplinski graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Liberal Studies before receiving her degree from Jefferson Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency training at Thomas Jefferson University/ A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children and a chief residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for Children in Falls Church, VA. She worked as a hospitalist for seven years at DuPont Hospital for Children where she is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. Her professional interests include family education and infectious diseases.
Dr. Chaplinski is married with a young daughter and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, distance running, playing field hockey, spending time outdoors, and reading.
