Dr. Chang is a board-certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics who joined
Brandywine Pediatrics in 2023. She graduated as the student marshal/valedictorian from the Eberly
College of Science and Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University with a degree in biology. Dr.
Chang then spent the next ten years in the Windy City completing her medical degree and pediatrics
residency at Northwestern University/Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and practicing pediatric
primary care in the Chicago suburbs. As a native of the Philadelphia area and former summer research
intern at Nemours Children’s Hospital, she is excited to be back in the area as part of the Brandywine
Pediatrics family!
Dr. Chang strongly believes in partnering with families to provide individualized care to their children
from infancy to young adulthood, to help them develop into the most confident, authentic, and
healthiest versions of themselves. Her professional interests include building healthy habits, childhood
literacy, and antibiotic stewardship. She has also just obtained her international board
certification in lactation consultation. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting snail mail, hand-lettering and
calligraphy, playing violin, attending fitness classes, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with
friends and family.
